4. Shipping & Delivery
We only ship to the United Kingdom. Shipping times and delivery estimates will be provided at checkout based on your location within the UK.
- Shipping Times: Shipping typically takes 7-14 days.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Delivery Issues: We are not responsible for any delays caused by the courier or postal service.
5. Taxes & Import Duties

These additional charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. - Damaged or Defective Products: If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of receipt, providing photos and a detailed description of the issue. We will assess the situation and work with you to resolve the matter, subject to the supplier’s return policy.
- Return Shipping Costs: You are responsible for covering return shipping costs to our warehouse in China, unless the product is damaged.
- Non-returnable Items: Please note that certain items such as earrings or intimate apparel may not be eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.
